Methods

I work remotely (i.e. in the cloud) through the internet. Working with you in this manner is convenient, quick, efficient, safe and VERY secure.
I download transactions from your bank & credit card to see what money you have spent and received.
Using Xero cloud based accounting software, I document and categorize these transactions by using receipts and deposit information that you send me, typically via email or smartphone.
At the end of the month (or quarter), I will produce a set of financial statements that give you a snapshot of the health and profitability of your business. We will discuss what the numbers mean, I will answer your questions and (when appropriate) I will make suggestions.
As tax time approaches, I will provide your accountant with information he or she needs to prepare your tax return. I do this by giving your accountant secure access to your books via the internet.
